Order Cancellation and Return Policy​

Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s shipped. 

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Hubnetic Store reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Hubnetic Store also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Partial Order Rejection Policy

By proceeding with a partially paid order on our platform, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Partial Payment Agreement: Partially paid orders are accepted based on the agreed-upon partial payment. This arrangement allows customers to secure part of their order before full payment.

 

2. Customer Review: Upon receipt of the partially paid order, customers are required to thoroughly review the items received. If a rejection of the partial order is necessary, it must be communicated to us within 2 days of receiving the partial shipment.

 

3. Valid Rejection Grounds: Rejections must be grounded in valid reasons such as product defects, damages during transit, or discrepancies from the order confirmation. Customers are obligated to provide appropriate evidence supporting their rejection claim.

 

4. No Refund for Unjustified Rejections: If a partially paid order is rejected without a valid reason or appropriate justification, no refund will be issued for the rejected items.

 

5. Submission of Rejection: Customers must submit their rejection request in writing to our customer support team, clearly detailing the reasons for the rejection and attaching relevant documentation or images.

 

6. Verification Process: We reserve the right to verify the reasons provided for the rejection. In cases of unjustified rejection, the customer will be notified, and no refund will be processed.

 

7. Refund Process: Refunds for justified partial order rejections will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. However, no refund will be issued for rejections without valid reasons.

 

8. Cancellations: Partially paid orders cannot be canceled solely based on the receipt of a partial order. Cancellation requests must adhere to our standard cancellation policy.

 

9. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review them periodically for any updates.

 

By proceeding with a partially paid order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions regarding the rejection of partially paid orders.

Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by Hubnetic Store directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange or replacement  is offered by the Hubnetic Store to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same replacement policy. For all products, the replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general replacement policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this replacement policy.

The replacement policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which replacement will be accepted.

 

PART 1:

 If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement Within 7 Working days of Delivery of Shipment.

 

PART 2:

There Will be no Refund for Products once purchased. You may Only ask for a Replacement if product Not received in Original Condition.

 

PART 3:

Replacement Eligible Items:

1. Received physically damaged

2. Received in defective condition

3. Product is Different From Description

4. Product has Missing accessories.

 

NOTE:

In Case of any issue/Complaint With Product, or if the Product is Dead/Damage on Arrival, Such Cases will be entertained with VIDEO EVIDENCE ONLY

Make Proper UNBOXING VIDEO WITHOUT ANY CUT OR PAUSE to raise any Kind of Complaint with product
